A new chapter, the same standard.
For three decades our team has cared for homes and buildings in New York & Rhode Island. Now we are bringing that same work to Puerto Rico: careful planning, honest guidance and craftsmanship made for sun, salt air and storm season.
There is usually more than one way to solve a problem, but only one right way for your property. We walk you through the options before work begins, so you always know what is happening and why.
The great use of life is to spend it for something that will outlast it.

Safety, respect and precision on every job.
These three commitments guide how we plan, how we work and how we leave your property when we are done.
Safety
Every safety procedure and protocol is followed, every time. A crew that is cared for brings that same care to your property.
Respect
For your home, your time and your budget. We plan carefully to avoid surprises, because surprises usually mean delays.
Precision
Nothing is finished until it has been checked, and checked again. We organize for efficiency and build to last.

Questions, answered.
Anything else? Ask us in the form.
Do you work on homes and commercial properties?
Yes. For more than 30 years we have worked on both, from spot repairs and maintenance to full renovations and restoration after damage.
Where in Puerto Rico do you work?
We are building our schedule across the island now. Include your municipality in the form and we will confirm availability for your area.
What if I am not sure what I need yet?
That is a good place to start. We help at every stage, from the first idea to permits and code requirements, and we work with a wide network of vendors and construction companies.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance?
Yes. We assess your property and create a maintenance and upkeep plan specific to it, so small issues are caught before they become expensive ones.
Can I communicate in English or Spanish?
Yes. This site and our estimate form are available in both languages. Use whichever you prefer.
